Hi,

I am currently on a Tellstick Net v4 and would like to upgrade to v16. Is there anyway to do this without having to re-recognize/re-register all my units?

It's no problem, just download and install.

So the settings are stored in the Telldus Live service?

Yes, no settings are stored on the device itself.
