Hello,

Can anyone help. I have a tellstick connected to my mac computer and all is working with the TelldusCentre...In preferences it says 'connected' and 'registered' to Telldus live.. and when I sign in online I can control my devices.

However the app I have on my iphone 4s (ios 5.1.1) wont work. When I open it it says:

No devices found (please activate Telldus Live! or connect to an xpl network using wifi)

When I select settings and toggle Telldus Live! to ON - then press DONE - nothing happens??

PLEASE HELP ANYONE! such a great product - but I want to be able to use it with my phone!

I get the same message on my first generation iPad. My iPhone 4S works fine.

Try to toggle on/off a few times until you get the login screen (don't press done until you get it).
It might be a timeout problem when trying to open the login page.

That worked - can now control through app... thank-you!!!
