Hi, is it possible to with the TellStick Net and Nexa LMDT-609 (motion detection) or the Nexa LMST-606(magnetic door) to instead of turn on a witch it turn off?

Is this possible with the original Telldus Live software or will I need some third party?

Yes it 's possible to reverse the function of a transmitter. You have to use the Event handling function in Telldus Live and then create an event that switch off when the transmitter (IR/magnetic) turns on.
