Problem with TellStick on Mac OS X Snow Leopard

Postby robertfeldt » Sun Mar 06, 2011 2:46 pm

Hi,

Installed TelldusCenter 2.0.4 for Mac OS X, plugged in TellStick. Nothing happens. No Volume mounted, no evidence that TellStick has been connected, nothing.

Added a Nexa (System Nexa PB3 series, Receiver PBR-3500/PBR-2300) and tries to control it. Nothing happens.

Checked forum and ensured I have no FTDI kext in /Systems/Libraries/Extensions. Nothing there.

Any advice would be appreicated.

What happens when you use TelldusCenter? What error message do you get?

You should also be able to list usb-devices conencted to your system from the same software you get the rest of you hardware data.

Is TelldusCenter incompatible with Mac OS? I am also using Mac OS and tried to get the Telldus latest version installed. It looks like installed but nothing is showing up. So I would like to know whether there are any incompatibility issues. My local technician is not sure about this info.
