tellstick not found message
Posted: Fri Mar 17, 2023 9:45 am
Hi,
I just received a tellstick from one of the uk distributors and..
Download the software and installed it (MAC OSX Snow leopard Mac OS X 10.6.6 on macbook pro)
plugged in the tellstick
connected the gear
and added a device (Home easy wall plug adapter from b and q).
When I try to turn on or off the socket for the telldus software, the message 'tellstick not found appears'
is there any feedback to show that the tellstick is connected correctly to the Telldus software centre ? i.e. does the light bulb turn green? Also the stick does show up in my usb device tree, so my mac knows its there. Is there any commands to run in terminal to get some feedback as to what is happening, as the error is so generic ?
Data below.
