Nexa dimmer will not dim from 100

I have 2 Nexa dimmers (EYCR-201) and I have the same problem with both of them.
When I via Telldus Live or Eventghost (I have Tellstick Duo) try to dim the lights from anywhere from 100 and down to around 40 it does not work. However, if I dim it from 100 to something below 40 it works fine. I also works fine if I dim from belov 40 to for instance 70.
In short I can always dim UPWARDS but not DOWNWARDS (unless it is from below around 40).
Any ideas?
