I think I can build a signal receiver and re-transmitter using a Raspberry Pi and a basic tx / rx board. I have seen some code to capture signal transmission and similar to rebroadcast it. Would it be reasonable to use the Pi to receive the signal of a compatible device and use it to trigger a transmission at 868Mhz to a non compatible device? Has anyone thought about trying this?
