My guess is the extra fineoffset readings are a bit differently misread readings from your sensor (or radio noise), I've seen those too. Don't know about the Oregon humidity, maybe the sensor's protocol is not fully supported.

There should be some sort of filter to avoid those kind of misreadings. At least they should be marked as uncertain and removed if no further signal is received within 24h or so..

I take it that this feature of DUO is still in the developing phase?
