New device vendor support

Hello,
I am the owner of a telltick 001 and I bought a device that is not supported by telldus center.

I would like to know what is needed to support a self learning on/off switch who's vendor is not shown in Telldus center
In particular the device is of some company called wookee (see link)

First you need to figure out how they communicate. We do it by analysing the different buttons using a Saleae Logic analyzer.

You can then try sending the signals using either tdtool or the API directly using tdSendRawCommand(). The protocol is documented here:

I would like to ask if I will buy a Tellstick Duo can I add my device as a on/off switch of other vendor and use the tellstick duo functionality to learn the remote control code from the device provided remote control?

i don't have my tellstick yet (still waiting after 2 months) but i've already tried this http://wiki.nethome.nu/doku.php/homehwrec (the first link) and it works...
