Proove EWR1003 resetten

Is it possible to remove all codes from the EWR1003 so that goes back to factory mode ?
I try it but no result. I try by pushing the on/off button for 5 seconds but the light is not flashing faster but it will be the same as pushing the button for 3 seconds.
I also have an Anslut and that works fine with the 5 seconds command.
