HomeEasy Dimmer Problems

Hi,

I am having problems operating a HE202 dimmer with a particular light. First off the light turns on and off and dims perfectly with the HomeEasy remotes, however with the TellStick (added as a dimmerable device) it never turns on (flashes a few times and then appears to be off). Interestingly swapping lamps to a normal 60watt bulb lamp works perfectly, but my dmmerable halogen lamp doesn't:

I have also found that if I register the dimmer as an on off in Telldus Center then the lamp will switch on and off ok and pressing on twice will dim the lamp up and down (like the remote).

Any suggestions of a solution would be most welcome.
