Wireless Router connection

I have a TP-Link M7350 4G LTE-router without any RJ45 Ethernet port, only WLAN and a microUSB-port. Can I use this to control a Telldus-network? Or do I need some interface-dongles or something else?

I have connected my gen-1 Tellstick net to WiFi with a wireless bridge. I bought a cheap Vonets VAP11G from China. I had to modify the wiring in the RJ-45 plug, but that is a five minute job.

I assume you can use other bridges as well. Beware that you will find a lot of cloned Vonets.
