Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
I assume you mean the co2-sensor. It has a little bit more power consumption than the other type of sensors. You can always try with a capacitor. The larger the better. What do you mean with false readings by the way? Thanks for the replay. By false I mean 100.1 as a reading when it should be in th...

Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
Ok you tempted me to have a go. Thanks. :D I've a load of parts coming from China. I'm hoping to build 5 temp\humidity and 5 movement sensors. I've been looking at this thread and trying to translate parts of you other thread so sorry if you've covered my questions. I've four questions at the moment...

Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
You are right. Change the above and then compile. If you send me a PM I might be able to do the change and compile for you if I have the time. I assume you already have a Pickit 2 or 3 at hand? To compile a few variants would be helpful, I've already got a bit confused with the compiler. I've got a...

Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
I'm still waiting for parts from China; might have to re-order :banghead: Was thinking this project would be great if you added an LCD display. Other projects are that without the wireless part. I wonder how easy they would be to combine. Be nice to have it so you could switch on the display if you ...

Fridge / Frezer Door Alarm
I'd like to use an inexpensive door sensor to work as a 'Fridge Door Alarm'. Is there anyway to have an event trigged if a device is 'On' of a set amount of time? Maybe I need more than one event and a pro account....... The doors opens and sends an on signal, than that triggers a dummy device to tu...

Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
:D Part success :D Most of the bit arrived and I've put a few together. The odd one did not work at all. That said I've four working. The only problem is two are reporting as the same sensor. Both are DHT22 so I tried changing the sensor over with the one I could not get working and it still reports...

Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
I am glad you like it :) I hope you used a DIL-socket so that you easily can remove the PIC for re-programming. A completely different thing. Make sure the PIR-pin is grounded to actual GND if not used. Else you might get sporadic data packets sent. You preferably connect it immediately to the nega...

Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
So in the end I managed to build five working DHT22 senors and two DS18B20. The DHT22 ones showing the same ID's I turned into DS18B20 instead. I've also started using a DIL-sockets on the newer ones ! I'm still waiting for the motion senors. I am getting a few 'ghost' sensors in Telldus Live, will ...

If the firmware allows local access,
Can someone not build it for us ?
Does it allow you to use Telldus Centre ?![Question :?:](./images/smilies/icon_question.gif)

Re: fuTelldus - PHP application for sensor-logging
Here I leave place for instructions on how to install fuTelldus on a Raspberry PI from scratch. ... For those who wants to try this with our own server (raspberry pi works GREAT) here are the steps. If there is time I will uptdate this to include all steps etc. etc. this is just a ROUGH guide... .....

Record and playback ?
Could the Duo and Net be used to record signals from controllers and play them back ? Like a record and playback function. I guess you might have to try a few times to get the 'recording' right but it would open up access a whole lot. Then again I've no real understanding, but it would be nice to un...

Re: Update:DIY wireless temperature sensor for Tellstick
I've been revisiting this project. Big thank you to Niclas. Mostly in anticipation of a sensor 'SDS011' (High Precision Laser PM2.5 PM10 Air Quality Detection Sensor). I'm hopping to use it as the CO2 sensor as it has the same PMW interface. Anyhow in building another sensor I found that the wiring ...

Re: Home Easy HE105 - Is it POSSIBLE?
I gave up waiting for it. They used to say Telldus worked with all Home Easy device now I think they have changed to wording so I wouldn't hold your breath. I used a timed switch from Nexa but even that telldus live don't understand and will leave it as on even when the device is turned off. But I'm...

Check out Nexa or Home Easy and others listed as working on the Telldus site.

Re: motion detector + tellstick duo
I've noticed on the DIY sensor thread they are making motion sensors that report back as Temperature. Guess that might be the reference.
